CLASSIC CELEBRATES 90 YEARS WITH ALWAYS CLASSIC CAMPAIGN
Classic Sportswear proudly announces the launch of its "ALWAYS CLASSIC" brand campaign, commemorating 90 remarkable years in the industry. This campaign pays homage to Classic’s storied legacy in Rugby League, having outfitted some of the most iconic teams for nearly a century.
The "ALWAYS CLASSIC" campaign showcases the timeless appeal and enduring quality of Classic’s jerseys by featuring players from the past, present, and future across Classic’s current NRL teams. This tribute underscores the brand’s significant impact on the sport, from grassroots to the grand stages of professional Rugby League.
NRL legends Gorden Tallis, Andrew Ettingshausen, and Steve Roach joined the campaign with both Tallis and Ettingshausen wearing their original Australian Kangaroos Classic jerseys, adding a nostalgic touch to the campaign.
Gorden Tallis reflected on his Classic Kangaroos jerseys commenting “All the great sides had that little Classic football logo on their jersey, and it was synonymous with the Australian Team. Out of all my old jerseys the Classic ones have stood the test of time, others have faded and have had things fallen off. My Classic Australian Kangaroos Jerseys still looks pretty much like new and have retained great shape, they are quality.”
